1 head iceberg lettuce
8 oz. Catalina dressing
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 sweet pepper, chopped
2 c. crushed Doritos

Chop lettuce, mix with peppers and cheese; toss with dressing. Add Doritos and serve immediately. Kids like this because it's not real spicy. Serves 6-8.
