NO EFFORT BRISKET 
3 1/2 - 4 lb. lean brisket
1 pkg. dried onion soup
1 pkg. dried mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. dry white wine

Place beef in roasting pan. Combine soups with wine and pour over meat. Cover pan tightly and roast at 225 degrees for 10-12 hours. Serves 8. Make the day before and chill. Reheat sliced meat.
