BROWNIE PIE 
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. all purpose flour
2 lg. eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Whipped cream
Maraschino cherries

Melt chocolate and butter in a heavy sauce pan over low heat; remove from heat. Combine sugar and flour; stir into chocolate mixture. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Add salt, vanilla and pecans. Pour into buttered 9 inch pie pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Filling should still be moist. Serve warm with whipped cream and cherries. Yields 8 servings.
