6 c. diced zucchini
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Bisquick

Mix together in bowl. Pour into 3 quart greased casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
