DELLA ROBBIA ICE RING 
Ring mold or Angel Food cake pan
Small fruit, cherries, grapes, kumquats, strawberries, plums, raspberries, cranberries, limes, lady apples, apricots, etc.
Laurel, mint, holly or lemon leaves

Wash fruit and leaves well. Arrange layer of fruit and leaves, top side down, in the mold. Pour in ice water to a depth of 3/4 inch. Some of the fruit will not be covered with water. Put pan in freezer. Freeze. Quickly arrange another layer of fruit and pour in another layer of ice water. Freeze. Repeat until mold is filled. To use, unmold and put bottom side up, in the bowl of punch.
