CHICKEN SALSA 
5-6 pieces boneless chicken
2 jars Ortega Salsa (mild)
1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Cube and cook chicken in a frying pan (add a little oil to pan when frying). Cook chicken until completely white look. Add salsa sauce and saute that for about 10-15 minutes. Add cheese; cook until cheese has completely melted. Serve over rice or any kind of pasta (noodles).
