1 box lemon cake mix
1 box vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
10 oz. 7-Up

Mix all together.

Bake in a 325°F oven for 30 minutes.

Makes 3 layers.

Filling:

20 oz. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook first 5 ingredients until it thickens. Then add coconut and vanilla.
