3 cans Roundys cream style corn 3 cans Roundys whole kernel corn, drained 30 Saltine crackers, crushed 4 eggs, beat until fluffy 3/4 c. milk 1 lb. sausage, fried, drained 1 green pepper, diced Mix above together. Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour above into the pan. Mix together 20 crushed saltines and 4 tablespoons melted butter. Top the above. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Recipe can be easily cut in half. |
