EASY QUICHE 
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
1/4 c. onion, chopped & sauteed
1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. whole milk
7 eggs, beaten
1 c. biscuit mix
1/4 tsp. salt

Layer bacon, onion and cheese in greased 12 x 9 pan. Combine milk, eggs, biscuit mix and salt in mixing bowl and beat at high speed for one minute. Carefully pour egg mixture evenly over layered ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 375 degrees and continue baking for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
