1 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 doz. eggs, beaten
2 c. bourbon
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Divide ice cream into medium chunks in large bowl. In separate bowl combine eggs and bourbon; beat well. Fold whipped cream into egg mixture. Combine with ice cream. Let stand 20-30 minutes before serving.
