3/4 c. butter 1 3/4 c. all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 - 18 oz. jar raspberry jam 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 c. rolled oats Mix creamed butter and sugar until smooth. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Add this mixture to sugar mixture. Stir in oats. Press half in greased 13x9 inch pan. Spread jam on top of mixture and then add remaining mixture on top. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until browned. |
