1 egg
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. orange peel
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream

Beat egg; add lemon and orange peel, juice and sugar. Cook and stir until thick. Cool. Whip cream and fold lemon pudding into it. Delicious served with fruit.
