POT PIE WITH CHICKEN OR BEEF 
1 egg, beat
2 tbsp. water
Baking powder, tip of knife
Flour
3/4 tsp. salt

Put egg and water together. Put flour to make a very stiff dough. Roll out paper thin on well floured board. Cut in 3 inch squares. Drop into beef or chicken broth. Have at least 2 quarts of broth. Be sure each piece is completely immersed in broth before adding another. It has to boil 30 minutes.
