1 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt Sift together. Add: 1 egg 3 tbsp. melted butter Mix and spread in 9 x 13 inch well greased pan. Put 20 or more blue plums with stone removed and cut in half. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. TOPPING: 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. flour Mix and sprinkle on top of plum and cake batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. | |
