CHICKEN WITH PEACH SAUCE 
3/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. canned peach slices
1/3 c. syrup from peaches
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. mace
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 whole chicken breasts, split
6-8 tbsp. butter

Combine first 10 ingredients in saucepan; cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes. Combine flour, salt, pepper; dust over both sides of chicken breasts. Melt butter in 10 inch broiler pan; brown chicken on both sides, about 15 minutes. Pour peach sauce over chicken. Cover until chicken is fork tender. Serve with sauce. Six servings.
