SALMON SOUFFLE 
4 tbsp. melted butter
5 tbsp. flour
2/3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 c. salmon, red
1/4 c. finely chopped pickles
3 egg whites, beaten stiff

Mix butter, flour, salt, celery seed, and paprika. Add milk; cook to white sauce.

Add remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered loaf and bake 1 hour in pan of hot water at 350 degrees.
