MANDARIN ORANGE AND PINEAPPLE
SALAD
 
1 pkg. orange Jello
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pt. orange sherbet
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. boiling water
1 c. juice

When Jello is set a little, whip the Jello, then add the sherbet and be sure you whip until it's all dissolved. Then fold in oranges and pineapple. Chill and serve. Keeps several days.
