ITALIAN MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
6 slices bread, soaked in water & squeezed dry
2 eggs
1 chopped med. onion
1 chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 minced clove garlic
1 c. canned tomatoes
3 tbsp. tomato paste

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape in a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
