LEMON CHEESE CAKE 
Graham cracker pie crust
1 box lemon frosting mix
1 c. sour cream
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
1 c. cottage cheese

Prepare lemon frosting mix according to directions on package. Add cottage cheese and sour cream. Mix for about 10 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into graham cracker crust. Freeze.

When the mixture is firm, pour a can of cherry or blueberry pie filling on top. Freeze. Take out of freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
