LEMON PIE SUPREME 
4 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. can frozen lemonade, undiluted
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar (for meringue)
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked

Beat egg yolks; add sugar mixed with cornstarch, then lemonade. Put boiling water and butter in saucepan over medium heat. Slowly add egg yolk mixture, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat. Beat egg whites until frothy. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold 1/2 of this meringue into the egg yolk mixture then pour this into baked pie shell. Top with remainder of meringue. Bake at 350 degrees until meringue is lightly browned.
