1 pkg. (22-24 oz.) graham crackers 2 sticks butter 2 tbsp. sugar 3 eggs, beaten 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream Crushed pineapple or cherry topping Crush graham crackers, mix with butter and sugar. Put in 9"x13" pan. Combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Fold in sour cream; pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 35 minutes. Cool. Serve with topping of choice. |
