OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 1/2 tsp. chicken coating mix
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. hot water
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 frying chicken, cut up

Preheat oven to 425 degrees, combine ingredients, except chicken, in a small bowl. Blend well. Dip chicken pieces in batter and place on baking dish. Bake uncovered 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.

COATING MIX:

1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. sage
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt

Combine all ingredients, place in small container. Label and store in cool dry place.
