BUNDT PAN CORNBREAD 
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup corn meal
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
2 tbsp. chopped green chili peppers

Mix together sugar and oil. Add milk and eggs. Add corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt. Finally add shredded cheddar cheese, creamed corn and green chilies.

Bake in greased Bundt pan at 375°F for 45 minutes.
