BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
7 c. All Bran (Kellogg's)
1 c. 4% Bran Flakes
1/2 c. bran Shilo Safeway
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar or 4 tsp. honey
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1/2 c. raisins

Mix all dry ingredients by hand, add beaten egg, oil, and milk.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Makes 12 large muffins.
