MACARONI SALAD 
7 oz. pkg. shell or elbow macaroni
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 to 4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 to 3 tbsp. chopped onion
2/3 c. real mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni. Drain and rinse with cold water. Toss macaroni with vinegar and let stand 10 minutes. Add other ingredients. Mix well. Chill until serving time.
