SANDY'S JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. peeled shrimp
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in chunks
1 stick butter, melted
1 lemon, juiced

SPICE MIX:

1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder

Heat the spices in a large skillet. Add butter, sausage and shrimp. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cook until shrimp are pink. Serve with hot rice.
