SICILIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lb. ground beef, browned, chopped, and grease drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 regular cans of Chef-Boy-Ar-Dee spaghetti sauce with meat
12 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. mushrooms, chopped

Mix all of the above in 5 quart Dutch oven or slow cooker. Simmer about 1 hour. (Jan Sprouse Wright)
