CHICKEN UNDER YUM 
1/2 stick butter
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices cheese of your choice (Jack, Cheddar, Swiss. . .)
1 pkg. Stove Top dry stuffing mix
1 can cream soup of your choice (mushroom, chicken, celery. . .)
1 soup-can milk

Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Dip chicken in butter and arrange in pan. Place a slice of cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over chicken and cheese. Mix soup and milk. Pour over top of stuffing mix.

Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
