MICROWAVE FUDGE SAUCE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (5.3 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 sq. (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In 3-quart casserole, stir together sugar, salt and milk until blended. Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes until boiling hard. Stir into boiling mixture the chocolate until completely melted. Stir in butter and vanilla.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
