1 piece toast, crunchy and crisp
1 slice turkey
1 slice ham
2 slices tomato
onion slices
mushroom slices or caps
white cheese, sliced

You will need a bowl served warm from the oven, for each person.

Broil until cheese is melted and light brown. Garnish with crisp bacon on top.
