LITTLE CHERRY CHEESECAKES 
12 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling or blueberry, etc.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Arrange baking cups in a 12 compartment muffin pan. Place 1 vanilla wafer, flat side down, in bottom of each cup. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, and eggs, stirring to mix after each addition. Blend in milk and vanilla. Spoon batter into baking cups and bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven, let cool, remove from pan, and finish cooling on wire rack. Cover and chill. Top cheesecakes with about 1 tablespoon of pie filling just before serving.
