EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef cubes
1 tbsp. oil
1 (10 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt

Brown meat in hot oil. Drain well. Add soup and simmer 1-1 1/2 hours until tender. Just before serving, add sour cream or yogurt and heat through. Serve over noodles. Serves 4-5.
