HOT CRAB SPREAD 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
12 oz. imitation crab, flaked
1 or 2 tbsp. horseradish
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Soften creamed cheese with milk. Add crab, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper. Put in oven proof dish and sprinkle almonds on top. Bake at 375 degrees or microwave until warm. Serve as spread on crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
