SCOTCH APPLE PIE 
3 lg. tart apples
1/2 c. white sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour

Peel and slice apples. Cover with white sugar and lemon juice. Pour into deep pie crust. Cream butter with brown sugar and work in flour. Crumble this over the apples and bake 25 minutes in 300 degree oven.
