CUCUMBER RELISH 
12 lg. cucumbers
6 onions
6 carrots
3 ripe tomatoes
3 red sweet peppers
3 green peppers

Grind all together, add 2 1/2 tablespoons salt and 4 cups vinegar. Add 3 1/2 to 4 cups sugar. Put 3 tablespoons mixed pickling spices in a bag and boil all together for 1 hour. Boil slowly. Put into hot jar and seal.
