2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. apple pie spice
Pinch of salt
2 jars plum baby food (sm. jars)
3 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil

Mix all together well and add 2 cups chopped pecans. Put in well greased tube pan with layer of waxed paper in bottom. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool in pan about 10 minutes and turn out.
