HOT SPICED APPLE JUICE 
2 qts. apple juice or cider
2 doz. whole cloves
5 sm. cinnamon sticks
6 whole allspice

Bring apple juice or cider to boil. Tie spices in a cheesecloth bag. Add to juice and boil 3 minutes. When ready to serve, remove spice bag. Garnish each glass with ring of apple stuck with cloves. Makes 8 cups.
