3-4 lb. lean roast
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place large piece of heavy foil in baking pan or pyrex. Put meat on it and sprinkle with soup mix. Spread with mushroom soup. Fold foil over this securely. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 1/2-4 hours.
