APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. apricot Jello
1 3/4 c. liquid
1 can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped nuts
1 lg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
Handful or more marshmallows

Combine Jello, pineapple juice, hot water and Philadelphia cream cheese to hot liquid and melt cheese. Cool. Add pineapple, nuts, celery and Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Use square or oblong pan, cut in squares.
