NEWPORT CRAB BAKE | |
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crab meat, drained and flaked 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped 1 c. or more mayonnaise 3 tbsp. sherry 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. melted butter Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. Mix lightly. Toss crumbs with butter. Blend 1/2 cup crumbs into crab mixture. Place in 1 1/2 quart greased baking dish. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 6. |
