NO BAKE STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 lg. green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cooked packaged precooked rice

Remove stem, seeds and membranes from peppers. Place peppers in boiling water, cook for 15 minutes or until fork tender.

Cook beef in skillet until tender; drain off excess fat. Stir in tomato sauce, cheese, seasonings and rice. Simmer, stirring until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. Spoon into hot cooked peppers.
