YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Hot beef fat (or butter or shortening)

Grease nine 3 inch muffin cups. Beat milk and butter into slightly beaten eggs, then gradually beat in flour and salt. Pour 1 teaspoon of hot fat (or butter) into each cup and fill about 3/4's full with batter. Bake in a 375 degree oven 40 minutes or until light to lift and golden brown. Serve immediately.
