PIZZA TURNOVERS 
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
Pastry for 2 double crust 9" pies

Saute mushrooms, green pepper and onion in butter. Stir in tomato paste, water, seasonings; simmer 15 minutes. Stir in cheese. Roll pastry to 1/8" thick; cut into 3 1/2" rounds. Spoon 1 teaspoon mixture into each round. Fold in half; press edges together with fork. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
