CHICKEN IN WINE SAUCE 
6-8 chicken breasts
1/2 c. cooking wine (white)
1 c. cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 c. melted butter
Stove Top stuffing (in round canister)
Swiss cheese

Arrange chicken breasts in a Pam-sprayed casserole dish (9x13 inches). Mix cooking wine with soup. Slice cheese into slices and arrange on top of chicken. Pour soup mixture over the chicken. Mix enough stuffing into the melted butter (about 1 cup) to make crumb topping.

Sprinkle topping over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes (until bubbly). Serve over rice. This is a company special; comes out perfect every time and is delicious!
