CHEESE AND CORN CHOWDER SOUP | |
Combine in saucepan: 1/2 c. water 2 c. diced potatoes 1 c. sliced carrots 1 c. chopped celery 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add 2 cups cream style corn, simmer 5 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups milk, 2/3 cup grated cheese. Stir until cheese melts and heated through. Do not boil. Serves 4. |
