PICKLED SHRIMP 
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 cloves garlic
3 onions, sliced (red or purple)
2 pickled peppers
2 lbs. cooked, cleaned shrimp

Alternate layers shrimp, onions, garlic and peppers in jar or bowl. Mix other ingredients and pour over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Turn often.
