“LEMON CAKE PIE” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  RAISIN CREAM PIE

LEMON CAKE PIE 
Combine:

1 c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour

Then add:

1 c. milk
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
2 egg yolks

Fold in 2 beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Then drop temperature to 325°F and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
