MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
1 can green chile pepper
1 (8 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (4 oz.) can taco sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 pkg. flour tortillas
1 1/2 lb. grated cheese

Brown meat, onion and chile pepper together in large skillet. When done, drain grease from meat. Return all back to skillet. Add all sauces and soups to skillet. Cook until boiling and desired consistency. (Only takes few minutes.)

Next, pat a layer of flour tortillas, layer of meat mixture and a layer of cheese. Repeat until all is used. End with cheese on top. Put in oven on 325 degrees, let cheese melt, cook 20 minutes.
