SHRIMP-STUFFED CELERY 
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained and finely chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 tbsp. finely chopped green olives
Dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt and pepper
Celery

Combine all ingredients except the celery. Stuff mixture into diagonally cut celery sections. Chill. Makes 1 cup filling.
