CROCK-POT GARLIC BROWN SUGAR
CHICKEN
 
1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
1/4 c. 7-Up
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
2 to 3 tbsp. minced garlic
pepper to taste

Cut chicken pieces into chunks. Place in crock-pot. Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Cooking time 6 hours, but will keep nice and moist for up to 3 hours.
